get_cidrs
Get a json-encoded array of pod/service CIDRs for the cluster in 'ip/prefix_length' format. Including CIDRs that include the CNI bridge for pods.
Returns: STRING
The pod and/or service CIDRs for this cluster, encoded as a json array.
