This function is implicitly invoked by the > operator.
Returns: BOOLEAN
Boolean of whether arg1 is greater than arg2.
Arguments

| arg2 | INT64 / TIME64NS / FLOAT64 / STRING | The value to check if it is greater than the first argument. |
